There is no, "undo" button when it comes to memorial engraving. That is why you need to trust that whoever adds anything to an existing memorial will be able to do so properly. This doesn't just mean adding the correct information, but also making sure that the style and characteristics of the new engraving will closely match everything already present on the memorial.

Our process:

​

1) Visit the memorial(s) that need engraving to obtain photos, carbon-paper rubbings of all relevant text and artwork, and make all observations necessary to generate an engraving plan.

2) Create a formal proof of the proposed engraving using various CAD programs for customer approval.

​

3) Schedule the engraving (most on-site engraving jobs take anywhere between one and three months to complete- depending on complexity and travel distance).
